On an official state visit to Canada, Nigerien president Hamani Diori addressed Canadian officials and SIM staff in Toronto saying:

“… a hospital located in the town of Galmi has acquired a reputation for
taking seemingly hopeless cases and restoring them to health.If some
illness or accident seems nearly incurable, the people say, ‘Sai Galmi’
(only Galmi Hospital can help).The expression has become a part of
popular speech, and now if a car is badly wrecked, its extreme condition
is, ‘Sai Galmi’.”
